Team coaching for teams ready to work better together

Your team is talented. But talented individuals don't automatically become a high-performing team.

Team coaching works with your team as one system, strengthening the trust, clarity, and shared ownership that great teams operate from.

trusted by leaders at these organizations:

Talented people don't always add up to a great team.

where teams often get stuck

Your team is full of strong individual performers.

Each person does their own part well, but the team rarely works as one.

Decisions get stalled, or revisited again and again.

Meetings end in agreement, but the follow-through doesn’t happen.

The team gets along, but avoids the hard conversations.

Politeness is keeping the deeper issues off the table.

What used to work isn’t working anymore.

A new leader, a restructure, or a strategic shift has left people unsure of priorities, roles, and who decides what.

Your team has the insights, but not the follow-through.

You’ve invested in assessments and workshops, but the team needs structure and support to turn what it learned into new habits.

What team coaching is

Coaching the team, not just the individuals in it

Team coaching treats your team as a single system rather than a collection of individuals.

It's a structured, six- to twelve-month partnership with an intact team, not a one-day offsite.

Together, we surface the biggest pain points and prioritize your most important opportunities for growth, strengthening the habits and relationships your team relies on when the stakes are high.

How we work together

How Team Coaching Works

A coaching partnership tailored for team development

01

Discover

We start with a baseline assessment, team shadowing, and individual interviews with each team member. Seeing how your team really interacts lets us align on the objectives that will move you forward and build your custom Team Coaching Progress Indicator.

02

Develop

Through regular team sessions, we surface the deeper patterns shaping how your team communicates, decides, and follows through, then work together to reshape them. Coaching stays grounded in real work and real decisions, not hypotheticals.

03

Deliver

We measure progress at baseline, midpoint, and conclusion, and I build a custom resource library around what your team needs as challenges emerge. Our goal is lasting change that carries well beyond our time together.

how we measure team Development

Track your team’s growth with a custom Coaching Progress Indicator

Early in the engagement, we align on the key objectives that will move your team forward. I turn them into a custom Team Coaching Progress Indicator, designed around your team's goals rather than a generic scorecard.

Your team rates itself at the start, midpoint, and conclusion of our work, so everyone can see where you began, how far you've come, and where to focus next.

team coaching

A resource library built for your team

As we coach together, I build a resource library designed around what your team needs, including mini workshops, articles, and tools that support each stage of your development.

The resource library evolves with the engagement — so it's responsive, not prescriptive. When a new challenge surfaces, the support for it does too.

Example team resources include:

  • Team assessments: conflict styles, Working Genius, CliftonStrengths, and other tools chosen to fit what your team is working on

  • Team practices: guided exercises for skills like giving feedback, running better meetings, and navigating disagreement

  • Team tools: ready-to-use guides and templates, such as a decision-making guide or team agreements

  • Conversation guides: discussion prompts that help your team keep the work going between sessions

  • AI coaching prompts: custom prompts that give team members another way to reflect, practice, and apply what they’re learning

Bethany is an expert facilitator who knows how to create the conditions for deeper growth. She guided our group with a powerful, structured approach but also with thoughtful skill and care, surfacing things I couldn't see on my own and helping me translate those insights into stronger, more intentional leadership. Bethany has a true gift for group facilitation, and the leaders around her are better for it.
