Sound familiar?
You’re leading, but no one actually trained you to.
You were promoted for being good at the work, not for being taught how to lead people. Now you're expected to know something nobody handed you.
You’ve sent your team to leadership training, but nothing stuck.
A one-day seminar or generic online course can teach a framework. It can't build the habits, accountability, and follow-through that make it real.
You want executive level development, not a cookie cutter program.
Off-the-shelf leadership training wasn't built around your role, your team, or what's actually getting in your way.
Your team is spread out, and in-person isn’t always realistic.
You need coaching and training that works as well over a screen as it does in a conference room.
You’re stepping into a new leadership role.
A new role, a new team, or new expectations. You want a partner who helps you start strong and lead with clarity from day one.
You want honest feedback and real accountability.
You want someone who will challenge your thinking, hold you to your commitments, and tell you the truth with care.

Notice what's changing. Track what's working.
At the start of our work together, we design a custom Coaching Progress Indicator built around your specific goals. It is a tailored set of leadership dimensions based on the areas we identify together as most important to your growth.
You’ll rate yourself at 2 to 3 points during the engagement so you can see exactly where you started, how you’ve grown, and where to focus next.
Multiple perspectives = meaningful growthStakeholder-Centered Leadership Coaching
Leadership growth isn’t just about what changes within you.
It’s also about what changes in how others experience your leadership.
When coaching is sponsored by an organization, or when a client wants a broader perspective on their leadership effectiveness, I incorporate stakeholder feedback into the coaching process. Stakeholder-centered coaching invites selected colleagues, supervisors, or direct reports to contribute observations and feedback that inform the client’s development goals. These perspectives can help uncover blind spots, identify meaningful behavioral changes, and provide a clearer picture of progress over time.
Depending on the goals of the engagement, this might include stakeholder interviews, structured feedback, or periodic check-ins to assess whether changes in leadership behavior are becoming noticeable to others. The process is tailored to each engagement, with clear expectations around participation, confidentiality, and how feedback will be used.
Custom Resources Designed for Your Growth
Coaching doesn’t end when the session does.
Between our meetings, you’ll receive tailored resources designed specifically for your development. The real work of coaching often happens between sessions, in the conversations you have, the decisions you make, and the habits you build.
Your resources might look like:
A conversation script for the difficult feedback you’re preparing to give
A framework for the strategic decision you’re weighing
Curated reading or research relevant to your current challenge
A worksheet or reflection tool built around your specific goals
Custom templates for delegation, feedback, or team communication
What leaders are saying
“Working with Bethany as my coach has been one of the most impactful investments I've made in my leadership. Bethany helped me get clear on the values that anchor my leadership — so that even in the most challenging moments, I had a foundation to lead from. Coaching with Bethany gave me both the mindset and the tools to lead with grounded confidence.”
—Dorothy SA, Faculty Director“Bethany helped me identify areas of significant stress and see pathways to navigate future challenges. We articulated conversation scripts for challenging conversations and strategies to voice my perspective in spaces with potential conflict. I am better equipped to lead my team towards our strategic goals and think through how to allow everyone's voice to be included in the decision-making process.”
—Jennifer Carter, Program Director“Bethany’s thoughtful approach created a safe space to reflect deeply on my strengths and passions. She combines energy and enthusiasm for your growth with futuristic, strategic thinking — asking insightful questions that helped me see how my personality and talents connect in ways I hadn’t considered. What sets Bethany apart is her ability to take complex assessment data and turn it into something practical and personal. I walked away with new inspiration and ideas about how to put my strength into practice.
