Bethany typically meets with clients on a rotating basis, one session in person and one session virtually. If client prefer to meet only virtually, she can accommodate that as well.

Coaching is ongoing and personalized to you; training is more structured skill-building. With coaching, we set a personalized agenda based on your leadership goals and create action steps to help you achieve those goals.

Both. We work with leaders at every stage, from first-time managers to C-suite executives across the St. Louis area.

Most engagements are six months, meeting twice a month, with many clients continuing longer as new challenges come up.

Both. Some clients are funded through their employer, while others invest in coaching on their own. I do provide tips and support for presenting the need for coaching to your supervisor in the 1-1 discovery call if that is needed.
