I'm a passionate advocate for women who are leading brilliantly but feeling the overwhelm of it all— the decision fatigue; the emotional labor; the glass ceiling; the double shift; and the constant code-switching.
With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and seasoned experience coaching, mentoring, and teaching hundreds of women leaders, I've observed the pattern repeatedly: accomplished leaders achieving results, yet feeling a gap between their impact and their inner alignment.
I know these tensions intimately. As a chronic overachiever, mom, academic leader, and solopreneur, I’ve learned that cultivating a consistent reflective practice isn’t optional—it’s essential to sustainable leadership.

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. To see progress, it is important to have a minimum of 3-4 hours per week. This includes our coaching call, plus 1-2 hours for your private reflection and implementing the frameworks.
