This Working Genius toolkit is for you if…
You’ve taken the Working Genius assessment and want a practical roadmap to move from theory to action.
You’re a manager looking to boost team collaboration by matching individual strengths with the right tasks.
You coach individuals or teams and need targeted frameworks to help clients find and apply their Working Geniuses.
You’re planning a leadership retreat or team workshop and need engaging, research-informed content.
Your team struggles with burnout or communication gaps—and you want a strategic way to name what’s happening.
Your team has taken the assessment.
Now what?
You've run the Working Genius assessment with your team. Everyone got their results. The session was energizing; people were nodding; the language clicked.
And then Monday came, and nothing changed.
You've seen the gaps the assessment surfaced: the projects that stall in Galvanizing, the ideas that never get refined in Discernment, the team members whose Geniuses are quietly mismatched with the work they're doing.
The insight is there.
But assessment results — on their own — don't transform a team. That takes structured conversations, shared exercises, and workflow decisions — the things most teams never quite get around to building after the assessment dust settles.
You don't need another assessment.
You need a way to move from assessment to action.
Who is this for?
✔️ You're a leader whose team has taken the Working Genius assessment — and you want a clear method for integrating the results into how you actually work.
✔️ You're managing a team that feels mismatched — projects stall, energy dips in predictable places, and you suspect there's a structural fix the assessment hinted at.
✔️ You're a coach or facilitator — and you want practical facilitation tools to bring to your client teams, not another resource that teaches the model.
✔️ You're stepping into a new leadership role — and you want a strengths-based way to understand and structure the team you've inherited.
✔️ You're leading a project team or cross-functional group — and you want tools to balance ideation, activation, and implementation across team members.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Bethany 👋🏻
I'm a certified Working Genius coach who works with leaders ready to translate self-awareness into strategic change.
I built the Working Genius Toolkit as a coach's working set of tools — the questions, exercises, and templates I actually use with the teams I coach. The toolkit is a strategic way to take the assessment's clarity and turn it into the conversations and workflows that actually shift how a team operates.
With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and years of coaching leaders through Working Genius integration, I designed this toolkit to be flexible enough for your own team and structured enough that you don't have to build the facilitation from scratch.
My Working Genius: Invention + Tenacity
(I love designing tools — and finishing them.)

Yes — the toolkit is designed for leaders and teams who have already completed the assessment and have their results. If you haven't taken it yet, you can purchase the assessment at WorkingGenius.com (approximately $25). The toolkit assumes you have your results in hand.
-
No — it's the companion. The Working Genius assessment surfaces what's energizing for each person; the toolkit gives you the structured next step for using those results with your team.
-
The toolkit is built from a coach's perspective rather than a presenter's. Where most Working Genius resources teach you the model or walk you through what to do, the toolkit gives you facilitation tools — coaching questions, workflow templates, and exercises — that you can use directly with your team or your clients. It assumes you already understand the model and want practical structure for applying it.
-
The toolkit is licensed for your use as a leader or coach. You can absolutely facilitate the exercises with multiple teams you lead or coach; just don't redistribute the digital file itself.
-
Yes, and many coaches do. The toolkit gives you ready-built facilitation tools so you can bring structured Working Genius work to client teams without building it from scratch.
-
It's a digital PDF download (no physical product is shipped). You'll get the download immediately after purchase.
