You know what you stand for.
You can name your values. You believe in them. On a good day, your work and your values move together, and leading feels like an expression of who you are.
But values are easy to name and hard to live under pressure. Deadlines compress them. Competing priorities collide with them. You make a hundred small decisions a week, and somewhere in the rush, the work drifts from what you actually care about — quietly enough that you don't notice until something feels off.
Here's the disconnect — holding a value and living it in your daily work are two very different things.
You don't need a values list or another exercise in naming your top five. You need to see — concretely — where your work and your values have come apart, and what one move would bring them back into step.
You need to see where your work and your values have drifted — and what would bring them back into step.

Who is this for?
✦ You can name your values — but you have a nagging sense your daily work isn't fully lining up with them.
✦ You're navigating pressure that tests what you stand for — competing priorities, hard tradeoffs, a season that keeps asking you to compromise.
✦You lead others — and you want your work to model the values you ask your team to live by.
✦ You're in a season of transition or decision — and you want your next moves anchored in what actually matters to you.
✦ You're a little skeptical that LEGO® bricks belong in a conversation about values — but you're curious enough to find out.
Important Notes:
✦ Bring your own bricks. The lab price does not include the cost of LEGO® bricks.
✦ No specific kit and no LEGO® skills required — use bricks you have, borrow some, or pick up a simple kit a few days before the session.

The Sequence of Our 2 Hour Session
The Warm-Up
We start by getting comfortable with the bricks — a quick, low-stakes build so everyone finds their footing. No skill required, no wrong answers.
The Value, Lived
You'll build a moment when you lived one of your core values fully at work — making the abstract concrete and specific, so we know exactly what it looks like when you're in step with it.
The Tension
You'll build a place where that value gets compromised — a collision, a pressure, a decision where two things you care about pull against each other. This is where the real reflection lives.
The Realignment
You leave with one specific realignment — a concrete adjustment that brings a piece of your daily work back into step with what you most value.

“Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. We’ve already recommended them to others.”

I'm Dr. Bethany Peters, and I help leaders close the gap between who they intend to be and how they actually show up 👋🏻
Across industries and levels, I've learned that values rarely fail us because we forget them — they slip in the rush of real decisions and competing pressures. Naming them isn't enough; you have to see where they're drifting.
Values in Action uses the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology because some things become clear only when you build them with your hands. You'll see your values in action, name where the work has drifted, and leave with one realignment worth making.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A Coaching Lab is a fusion of learning, coaching, and growth where research meets real-world leadership. It is a reflective, collaborative space designed to slow down and experiment — building awareness, testing ideas, and making new strategies stick. We'll be doing a mix of building, individual reflection, and group discussion.
-
No. This lab meets you where you are. Whether you've done deep values work or never named yours formally, the build process surfaces what matters and where it's drifting.
-
Not at all. The first part of the lab is dedicated to getting comfortable with the method. There are no wrong answers and no artistic skill required — just the willingness to build and share.
When you build a model of how you coach, your hands externalize what your head can't name. Patterns become visible. Insights stick. You don't need to be artistic — just willing to build.
-
No. A basic LEGO® brick set works perfectly. I'll send a recommended kit link in your registration confirmation with enough lead time to order. Plan to have your bricks ready by the day of the lab.
-
No. This is a 2-hour developmental lab, not a credentialing program. You'll leave with sharper awareness and one specific realignment to make — not a certificate.
-
Because this is a small, collaborative environment built for real-time insight, I recommend attending live. The session will be recorded, and all participants will receive the replay.

For this specific program, there are no refunds, except for exceptional cases such as medical emergencies.
