Want in on the next Coaching Skills for Leaders lab?

This LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® lab runs in small cohorts a few times a year. There's no date on the calendar right now — but if there's interest, I'll open one.

Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when the next date opens, with first chance to claim a spot before it fills.

You're already a coaching leader — and you're ready to be more intentional about it.

You believe in empowering your people.

You ask questions before giving answers — more often than not.

You catch yourself before solving the problem yourself — most of the time.

But sometimes, in the moment, when time is short and the answer's right there, your coach approach doesn't always show up the way you want it to.

Sometimes the question you meant to ask becomes the answer you give.

Sometimes a coachable moment passes before you fully recognize it.

Not because you don't know how to coach.

Because real coaching habits are built over hundreds of small practice moments, not in a weekend training.

You don't need more theory or another certification.

You need a space to look at the habits you've already built — and name the next one you want to grow.

You need a clearer picture of your coaching patterns — and the awareness to know what needs to pivot.

Build your way into a more intentional coach approach — one brick at a time.

Coaching Skills for Leaders

A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Coaching Lab

Why LEGO® bricks?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a research-backed methodology used by NASA, Google, and Harvard Business School to surface insights that conversations alone can't. When you build a model, your hands bring to life what your mind can't always put to words.

You don't need to be artistic, creative, or experienced with LEGO® bricks. You just need to be open to exploring simple LEGO® builds to express your thoughts.

Who is this for?

✦ You've read the books, taken the trainings, but you still find yourself often giving the answer when you meant to ask the question.

✦ You can tell when a conversation needs coaching, but you're not always sure what to do in the moment.

✦ You've had moments where coaching has clicked — and you'd love to make those moments less accidental.

✦ You're a consultant or coach with a more directive style and you want to practice the shift to coaching-mode.

✦ You're passionate about coaching in the workplace and want to keep shaping your own coach approach.

✦ You're a little skeptical that LEGO® bricks have anything to do with coaching — but you're curious enough to find out.

Important Notes:

Bring your own bricks. The lab price does not include the cost of LEGO® bricks.

No specific kit and no LEGO® skills required — you can use bricks you already have at home, borrow some from a friend, or pick up a simple kit like this one a few days before the session.

We’ll focus on four key themes:

The Assessment

We start by identifying the coaching habits you're already practicing.

Your Strengths

We’ll get specific about the conditions that make great coaching possible.

The Barriers

You’ll name the puzzle pieces- the habits, fears, and pressures that pull you out of coaching mode.

One Key Shift

You leave with one specific shift to practice in your next conversation. Plus: a bonus coaching for leaders toolkit.

Meet Your Executive Coach

I'm Dr. Bethany Peters, and I help leaders develop the coaching mindset that fosters growth, innovation, and lasting change 👋🏻

Having coached leaders across industries and at all levels, I know more is needed than a simple training or framework to make the shift from directing to coaching. You need an honest look at how you’re already showing up, space to practice, and peers to inspire and inform you.

Coaching Skills for Leaders uses a creative medium — the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology — to help you see your coaching habits, name what's getting in the way, and leave with one specific shift you want to make.
